The check-in process was easy! Veronica was very pleasant AND efficient. The room was a good size and clean. The shuttle was on time and easy to use.
the staff was UNFRIENDLY! misleading and unhelpful answers regarding storage. Mediocre water pressure and sink separate from the bathroom.

my check-in was fast. a microwave is not in the room. there is one in the lobby. i found a secured parking area. it was worth the money for being near the airport. a quick seven-minute drive gets you there.
the heater had a TERRIBLE odor. it made the room smell. i wish i asked to change rooms. i traveled far through many airports. i only stayed for a layover.

the shuttle was reliable for transport to the air terminal and it departed on schedule.
I encountered a significant issue with the room's cleanliness. There was hair in the bathroom and the floor seemed not properly cleaned. the surfaces felt sticky. it was disappointing.

high noiseworn furniture
The noise level was pretty bad. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. the room itself seemed a bit worn, the carpet had some stains, and the furniture looked dated. also, the breakfast area was too small and overcrowded during peak hours. i had to wait for a table and the food selection was limited, it was not replenished quickly enough.
